I was apprehensive about refinancing my jumbo loan as I thought I had the best rate of 3.75%. Besides, I wasn’t sure even if I were to get a lower rate would the new lender be as good and prompt with their servicing standards as Chase (my original lender). Kirk worked with me to work out some numbers and based on some basic information assured me of at least a 0.25% no cost rate with PNC. This gave me something to look forward to and based on my financials Kirk was able to save me over $200 a month! Not only did that allow me to contribute more money in my 401K but I am also happy with PNC’s servicing and access to their online banking which I love!
Thanks Kirk!
