Linda’s journey started as maintaining sanity with her busy schedule that quickly transitioned into owning two Club Lagree studios, helping clients achieve fitness goals, creating a supportive atmosphere, generating healthy habits, forming the mind body connection, ultimately developing the most intense, life-changing, addictive workout all in a measly 45 minutes.
Linda explains in depth how this high intensity low impact workout hits every muscle group plus targets muscles you didn’t even know of. The entire workout is done on a Megaformer, which has tension springs that alter the weight in various exercises. It is a form of weight training while elevating the heart rate as you moving extremely slow through isolated movements, explosive hits and transitioning quickly.
